1. 튜친소에 등록된 튜터들은 학생 소개 및 등록과 같은 튜친소 튜터의 활동에 있어 일체의 비용부담을 지니지 않습니다.

1. In our program we don't expect tutors to pay any fees for the matching process with students or the application to our program.

1. 第一条、通过家教网注册的教师，在家教网进行注册及介绍学生等活动，无需支付任何费用。

1. '私のチューターを紹介します' チューター紹介サービスに登録されたチューターは学生紹介及び登録といった'私のチューターを紹介します' チューター紹介サービスの活動において一切の費用負担がありません。

1. En nuestro programa no esperamos que ninguno de nuestros tutores pague ninguna cantidad de dinero por el proceso de conexion con alumnos ni tampoco por la aplicacion a nuestro programa.





2. 튜친소 튜터 와 학생은 첫 만남에서 정규수업 이외에 상호 소개 및 수업방향을 위한 30분의 대화시간을 가지며 튜터는 이 30분의 대화시간을 학생이 지불할 비용에 포함시키지 않고 무료로 제공할 의무를 지닌다.

2. As an agreement between our students and our program, on the first meeting our tutors will have to give their students and introduction time to the whole teaching program during 30 minutes without receiving any fees in return. In this meeting the tutor will explain the student the objectives of the course as well as listen to the expectations of the student in respect to the tutoring program to be done.

2. 第二条、 因家教网与学生之间有明确协议，介绍成功后的第一堂课需增加授课时间以外的30分对话时间。换言之教师与学生利用30分钟来相互了解，并且双方要对以后授课的方向进行讨论。这30分钟的交流不包在括学生应该支付的费用里，教师需无偿提供。

2. '私のチューターを紹介します' チューター紹介サービスによって学生と契約が締結した場合、初顔合わせで正規授業以外に 30分の対話時間を持ちます。チューターと学生は自己紹介及びこれからの授業方針に対して話し合う時間を30分間持ち、チューターはこの 30分の時間を学生が支払う費用に含まず無料で行う義務を持ちます。

2. Los tutores estaran comprometidos a darles a sus estudiantes 30 minutos gratis en la primera clase durante los cuales tendran que explicar los objetivos de las lecciones a tomar lugar asi como escuchar las expectativas de los alumnos de manera que puedan ofrecer el mejor servicio posible a los mismos.





3. 튜친소는 오로지 학생을 튜터에게 소개해주는 역할만을 담당하며, 제 2항에 속하는 경우를 제외한,  수업 내용, 스케쥴, 수업료에 대해 일체 관여하지 않고 , 소개 및 연결 이후에 일어나는 활동에 대한 법적 책임을 지니지 않는다.

3. We are only responsible for the service offered in clause #2, and so we are totally exempt of any responsibility regarding the contents of the classes, the schedule of them, etc. At the same time, we take no responsibility in any legal matter that happens after the matching process between the student and the teacher has been completed.

3. 第三条、家教网起到把学生介绍给教师的作用，除《教师须知》第二条的内容之外，对于教学内容、时间、费用等问题家教网概不参与并且对于介绍后所发生的结果均不负法律责任。

3. '私のチューターを紹介します' チューター紹介サービスは専ら学生をチューターに紹介する役目のみを担当し, 第 2項に属する場合を除いた,  授業内容, スケジュール, 授業料に対して一切関与せず、紹介及び契約成立後に起きた活動に対する法的責任を持ちません。

3. Solamente nos hacemos responsables por lo especificado en la clausula #2, siendo de esta manera exemptos de cualquier relacion con el horario de las clases, el contenido de las mismas, etc. De la misma forma, no nos hacemos responsables de cualquier problema en materia legal que suceda luego de la conexion entre alumnos y tutores.





4. 튜터는 자신의 개인정보(연락처, 주소등) 또는 수업정보(수업가능 장소, 시간, 요일)등이 변경되면 즉시 튜친소에 통보할 의무를 지닌다.

4. The tutors participating in our program will have to notify us if any of the information formerly sent in the application form changes (ex. phone number change,available schedule or place).

4. 第四条、 教师的个人资料（联络方式，住址等）或教学内容（教学地点，时间，星期）等如有变更需及时通知家教网。

4. チューターは自分の個人情報(連絡先, 住所等) または授業情報(授業可能場所, 時間, 曜日等)に変更がある場合、直ちに'私のチューターを紹介します' チューター紹介サービスに知らせる義務を持ちます.

4. Los tutores participantes en nuestro programa deberan de notificarnos si alguna de la informacion originalmente proporcionada en el formulario de aplicacion es modificada.





5. 학생과의 매칭은 학생이 원하는 수업시간, 장소, 내용, 각종 기타 조건과 튜친소 튜터평가제를 반영하여 이루어진다.

5. Our service depends mainly on the needs of our students & Rating tutor system and so, taking this factor in consideration the matching between students and tutors will be arranged.

5. 第五条、与学生的联系是通过包括学生制定的教学时间，地点，内容以及其他条件的教师评价指数来体现的。

5. 学生との契約は学生が授業時間, 場所, 内容, その他条件を含んだチューター評価数値を反映して成立します.

5. Nuestro servicio depende principalmente de las necesidades de nuestros alumnos y en base a esto se realizara la conexion entre alumnos y tutores.
