자격 요건:
- 2011년 8월 /2012년 2월 졸업예정자 (혹은 졸업한지 1년 이내)
- 영어로 커뮤니케이션이 능숙한 자
- 관련 전공(경영학 혹은 홍보) 우대 (이중전공/ 부전공 여부 기재 필수)
  
* 주5일 근무, 연차/경조휴가

Management Trainee Program

The DAINK’s Management Trainee Program is a process designed to offer ‘successful careers development’ for highly capable fresh graduates, who aspire to become business leaders of tomorrow.

MTP purpose:
Contribute to our business high potential managers that can deliver at senior management role within a few years of joining. And also company can retain attractiveness of a program that can bring in the best young graduates into DAINK.

Minimum Requirement:
  
Students in the 4th grade who’s going to graduate on August 2011 or Feb, 2012 and graduated within less than 12 months.
No gender preference
Major in Business Administration preferred
Must be fluent in English (Minimum Toeic 900 score or equivalent)
Excellent interpersonal, communication and self-leadership skill
Willing to improve continuously and able to work under pressure
