안녕하세요, 고려대학교 총학생회입니다.

2024학년도 제1학기 이중전공전형 지원 마감일이 도래함에 따라 다음과 같이 지원 및 면접일정 관련 사항을 리마인더드립니다.

1. 지원자격:
제1전공을 배정받고, 3학기 이상 등록한(편입생 2학기) 2023학년도 제2학기 현재 재학생
※ 신청학기는 휴학 불가이며 합격 후 이중전공 진입학기(2024년 제1학기) 휴학 가능
※ 이중전공 신청/합격 발표 후 해당 학기에 학기 중 휴학을 했을 경우에는 불합격 및 포기처리 처리됨
※ 당해 학기 본교 국제교류 프로그램 참여학생(예: 외국대학 교환학생)은 지원불가
※ 이중, 융합, 학생설계전공 기합격자 및 공학인증 신청자는 지원불가
(이중, 융합, 학생설계전공 기합격자 및 공학인증 신청자가 재지원하려는 경우 반드시 2023년 11월 3일(금)까지 포기처리가 되어있어야 함. 이중, 융합, 학생설계전공 합격 후 포기하고 재지원할 경우 1회에 한하며, 재지원하며 불합격하는 경우 심화전공을 이수해야 함.)

2. 신청방법:
포탈(KUPID)-[학적/졸업]-[학적사항]-[이중전공신청]
1) 지원대학(부), 학과(부) 선택 및 학업계획서 작성
2) [임시저장] 버튼 클릭-지원사항 확인 및 [최종제출] 버튼 클릭
※ [임시저장] 버튼 클릭 후 [최종제출]을 클릭해야 이중전공 신청이 완료됨. [임시저장] 버튼만 클릭하고 [최종버튼]을 클릭하지 않으면 신청기간 종료 후 자동 취소처리됨.
※ 디자인조형학부에 지원하는 경우 학업계획서 작성시 지원전공(디자인/조형)을 반드시 명시하여 작성

3. 전형방법
   가. 성적, 면접, 학업계획서 등 각 해당 학과(부)의 평가기준에 따름.(첨부자료 참고)
   나. 평가는 직전 학기까지 수강신청한 모든 과목(F 포함)의 총 평점평균을 반영함.

4. 신청기간
2023년 11월 8일(수) 10:00 ~ 11월 10일(금) 17:00
※ 포탈 접수시 전산 오류가 발생할 수 있으므로 마감 1~2시간 전까지 신청을 완료해야 하며 마감시간 이후 접수는 절대 불가이며 전산 오류로 인한 사유는 인정하지 않음.

5. 면접 일시:
첨부드린 이미지를 참고해주시기 바랍니다.
(미표시된 경우에는 해당 대학 행정실로 문의)
※ 이중전공 신청 마감 이후 변동사항이 발생할 수 있습니다.

6. 합격발표:
2023년 12월 29일(금) 17:00 예정
※ 포탈(KUPID)-게시판-공지사항-학사일정에 발표 예정

[2024 Spring Semester Double Major Application Guidelines & Interview Schedule Notice]

Greetings, this is Korea University Student Union.

Please find the application process and the interview schedule for Double Major of the Spring Semester of 2024 as follows.

▶ Eligibility
Current students enrolled for the Fall Semester of 2023 who have been assigned a major and completed at least 3 semesters. (2 semesters for transfer students)
※ Applicants who are on a leave of absence or exchange students are not eligible to apply.
(If a student goes on a leave of absence during the semester after the announcement of acceptance, they will be disqualified and considered to have withdrawn.)
※ Students who are already qualified for Double major, Convergence major, Student-designed major, and the applicants for engineering certification are not eligible to apply.
(If a student qualified for 2nd majors/engineering certification wish to reapply, the 2nd majors/engineering certification must be officially withdrawn by Nov 3, 2023, Friday.)

▶ How to Apply
Korea University Portal to Information Depository (KUPID) - [Registration/Graduation] - [University Registration] - [Application for Secondary Majors]
(a) Select the School/Department and Department/Major and write the plan of study.
(b) Click the [임시저장(Save as Draft)] button, review the application details, and click the [최종제출(Complete the Application)] button. (You must click [최종제출] to submit your application.)
※ If applying to the Department of Art & Design, specify the intended major (Design/Art) when completing the plan of study.

▶ Selection
(a) Selection criteria such as grades, interview, and the plan of study will be determined by each respective department/college.
(b) Selection will consider the overall grade point average of all courses taken until the previous semester, including F grades.

▶ Application Period
Nov 8, 2023 (Wednesday) 10:00 AM ~ Nov 10, 2023 (Friday) 5:00 PM
※ Due to possible system errors, applications must be completed 1-2 hours prior to the deadline. Applications will not be accepted after the deadline. Reasons related to system errors will not be considered valid.

(The schedule may be subject to change after double major application period ends. Updates will be provided.)

▶ Announcement of Acceptance
Scheduled on Dec 29, 2023 (Friday) 5:00 PM
Announcement will be posted on the Portal (KUPID) - Bulletin - Notice – School Schedule.
