2026학년도 1학기 조기졸업 신청에 대해 다음과 같이 안내드립니다.

📌 조기졸업 신청 기간
2026. 3. 3(화) 10:00 ~ 3. 20(금) 17:00까지

📌 조기졸업 대상 제외
1. 공과대학 건축학과, 의과대학, 사이버국방학과, 약학대학 약학과 소속 학생
2. 편입학생
3. 성적경고 기록이 있는 학생

📌 일반 조기졸업
1. 신청자격
- 모든 이수 교과목의 학점에 F 등급이 없으며 제5학기 또는 제6학기 말까지 108학점(졸업요구학점 135인 학과(부) : 112학점, 140인 학과(부) : 117학점) 이상을 취득하고 전체 성적평점평균이 3.85 이상일 것
* 성적은 학생이 수강한 모든 교과목의 성적을 기준으로 함(재수강 및 취득학점 포기 등으로 삭제된 이전 성적도 모두 포함된 대내용 성적 기준임)
* 추후 재수강을 하더라도 F등급을 받은 이력이 있는 경우 신청 불가
(F등급은 취득한 학점이 아니므로 '취득학점 포기'도 불가)

2. 일반 조기졸업 기준
가. 학사운영규정 제56조와 제57조가 정하는 졸업요건을 갖출 것
나. 모든 이수 교과목의 학점에 F 등급이 없으며 전체 성적평점평균이 4.00 이상 일 것
* 성적은 학생이 수강한 모든 교과목의 성적을 기준으로 함(재수강 및 취득학점 포기 등으로 삭제된 이전 성적도 모두 포함된 대내용 성적 기준임)
* 추후 재수강을 하더라도 F등급을 받은 이력이 있는 경우 신청 불가
(F등급은 취득한 학점이 아니므로 '취득학점 포기'도 불가)

3. 신청방법 : portal.korea.ac.kr → 학적/졸업 → 조기졸업신청

📌 특별 조기졸업
1. 신청자격
- 일반대학원 학·석사 연계과정 및 학·석박통합 연계과정 합격생
- 기타 신청자격은 일반 조기졸업자와 동일함
* 연계과정에 합격하였으나 조기졸업을 신청하지 않으면 조기졸업을 할 수 없으므로 반드시 신청해야 함.

2. 일반대학원 학·석사 연계과정생의 조기졸업 기준 : 일반 조기졸업 기준과 동일

3. 신청방법 : 포털 신청이 아닌, 소속대학행정팀에 직접 아래 신청서류 제출(온라인 신청기간 내)
- 제출서류[조기졸업(특별)] : 조기졸업신청서 1부, 석사과정 진입 추천서 사본 1부

📌 공통 유의사항
- 조기졸업 신청한 학기에 조기졸업 기준을 갖추어 졸업하여야 함.
- 조기졸업 신청 후 조기졸업을 하지 않고 조기수료 및 조기유예하는 것은 불가함.
- 조기졸업 자격은 조기졸업을 신청한 학기에만 유효하며, 6학기 조기졸업 탈락 후 7학기에 조기졸업을 하고자 하는 경우 7학기에 재신청해야 함(다음학기로 자동 연장되지 않음)
- 조기졸업이 승인된 학생은 추후 학사학위취득 유예 신청 불가함

We would like to provide information regarding the application for early graduation for the Spring Semester of the 2026 academic year.

📌 Early Graduation Application Period
March 3, 2026 (Tue) 10:00 – March 20, 2026 (Fri) 17:00

📌 Students Not Eligible for Early Graduation
Students in the Department of Architecture, College of Engineering, College of Medicine, Department of Cyber Defense, and Department of Pharmacy, College of Pharmacy
Transfer students
Students with a record of academic probation

📌 General Early Graduation
Eligibility Requirements
No grade of F in any completed course
By the end of the 5th or 6th semester, students must have earned: At least 108 credits (112 credits (for majors requiring 135 credits for graduation), 117 credits (for majors requiring 140 credits for graduation))
Cumulative GPA of 3.85 or higher
※ GPA is calculated based on all courses taken, including previous grades that were deleted due to retaking courses or credit forfeiture.
※ Students who have ever received an F grade are not eligible, even if the course is retaken later.
(F grades do not count as earned credits and cannot be removed through credit forfeiture.)

Graduation Criteria for General Early Graduation
a. Must meet graduation requirements under Articles 56 and 57 of the Academic Regulations
b. No F grades in any completed course and a cumulative GPA of 4.00 or higher
※ GPA calculation standards are the same as stated above.
※ Students with any history of an F grade are not eligible.

📌 Special Early Graduation
Eligibility
Students admitted to the General Graduate School’s combined Bachelor–Master’s or Bachelor–Integrated Master’s & Ph.D. programs
Other qualifications are identical to those for general early graduation
※ Students admitted to a combined program must still apply for early graduation; otherwise, early graduation will not be granted.

Early Graduation Criteria for students in the General Graduate School Bachelor–Master’s combined program: Same as the general early graduation criteria
Application Method
(Not through the portal) Submit the following documents directly to your affiliated college administrative office within the application period:
Early Graduation Application Form (Special) – 1 copy
Copy of the Recommendation Letter for Admission to the Master’s Program – 1 copy

📌 General Notes
Students must meet all early graduation requirements in the semester for which they apply.
It is not permitted to apply for early graduation and then graduate early without degree conferral or defer early graduation.
Early graduation eligibility is valid only for the semester in which the application is submitted. If a student fails early graduation in the 6th semester and wishes to graduate early in the 7th semester, they must reapply. (Eligibility is not automatically extended.)

Students approved for early graduation are not eligible to apply for graduation deferral later.
