안녕하세요, 고려대학교 제55대 총학생회 [바다] 교육국입니다.
2026년도 제1학기 학생설계전공 전형 시행과 관련해 다음과 같이 안내 드립니다.

📌 신청자격
가. 제1전공을 배정받고, 3학기(편입생 2학기) 이상 등록한 2025학년도 제2학기 재학생
나. 신청 학기에 휴학생 및 교환학생은 신청 불가

📌 신청기간
2025년 10월 1일(수) 10:00~10월 31일(금) 17:00

📌 제출장소
: 신청학생의 소속 대학 행정팀

📌 제출서류(가-마.는 포탈 첨부문서 '학생설계전공 신청서양식 참조)
가. 학생설계전공 신청서 1부.
나. 학업계획서 1부.
다. 학생설계전공 이수과목목록 1부.
라. 학생설계전공 교과목편성 동의서 (신설의 경우에 해당) 1부.
마. 학생설계전공위원회 회의록 1부. (해당 항목은 5. 신청방법의 내용 참조)
바. 성적증명서(기이수한 학생설계전공 해당 과목에 하이라이트한 후 제출) 1부.

📌 신청방법
가. 학생설계전공 신설 지원자
  1) 소속 학과(부)장께 상담을 요청하고 학생설계전공 지도교수를 배정받음
  2) 학생설계전공 지도교수의 지도 하에 교육과정을 설계하고 제출서류를 준비함
  3) 제출서류를 구비하여 소속대학 행정팀으로 제출함
나. 기개설 학생설계전공 지원자
  1) 학생설계전공 주관대학에 문의하여 신청서 및 작성내용 확인함
  2) 제출서류를 구비하여 소속대학 행정팀으로 제출함

📌 합격발표
: 2025년 12월 19일(금) 17:00 예정(포탈(KUPID)-게시판-공지사항 학사일정 공지 예정)

📌 유의사항
가. 04학번부터 제2전공 의무화에 따라 제1전공의 심화전공, 이중전공, 융합전공, 학생설계전공 중 하나는 반드시 이수하여야 함.(단, 학사편입학생은 의무사항 아님)
나. 제2전공 기합격자 중 재지원을 위해 합격되었던 전공을 포기하고 재신청을 할 경우 신청기회는 1회에 한하며, 만약 불합격하는 경우 제1전공 심화전공을 이수하여야 함
다. 제1전공의 심화전공은 기존의 단일전공제와 유사함
라. 당해 학기 실시되는 제2전공전형의 합격자는 지원자격 조건을 해당 학기까지 반드시 유지하고, 소정의 절차 (정규학기 등록, 이수학점 인정, 이수과목 지정, 수강신청 등)을 거친 후 합격한 다음 학기부터 제2전공을 이수할 수 있는 자격이 주어짐
마. 합격 발표 후에 신청 당해 학기 휴학(학기 중 휴학)한 경우에는 불합격 및 포기처리 됨

Hello, this is the Education Department of the 55th Korea University Student Union [바다].
We would like to provide the following information regarding the implementation of the Student-Designed Major screening for the first semester of 2026.

📌 Eligibility
A. Applicants currently enrolled in the 2025-2 semester who have completed more than three semesters(or two semesters for transfer students) are eligible to apply. Applicants who have not yet been designated their first major are ineligible.
B. Applicants enrolled in the SEP/VSP program or on a leave of absence this semester are ineligible.

📌 Application Period
October 1(Wed) 2025, 10:00 ~ October 31(Fri) 2025, 17:00.

📌 Submission Place
Applicants’ first major department office(Please refer to the attached file titled '학생설계전공 신청서양식' for documents A through E. )

📌 Required Documents
A. Application form(학생설계전공 신청서)
B. Study Plan(학업계획서)
C. Course List(학생설계전공 이수과목목록)
D. Proceedings of Committee for Student-Designed Major (학생설계전공위원회 회의록) (Please refer 5. for the details)
E. Cross-Departmental Course Approval(학생설계전공 교과목편성 동의서)
F. Grade Report(성적증명서)
* must highlight the student designed major courses you have taken beforehand

📌 Application Method
A. New Student-Designed major (Creating Student-Designed Major)
1) Contact the Head of the Department (academic advisor must be assigned)
2) Design student-designed major curriculum with the academic advisor(Professor)
3) Prepare all the documents and submit it to the department office
B. Documents for the currently established Student-Design Major
1) Contact the host university of student designed major and request the student-designed major information (Please check the course list and other details)
2) Submit the required documents to applicants’ first major department office

📌 Important Notes
A. The mandatory regulation of completing a second major is applied to students entering from 2004 onward. Students subject to this regulation must complete one of the following:
(1) Intensive Major course of first major, (2) Double Major, (3) Interdisciplinary Major, (4) Student-Designed Major.
B. Students who withdraw second major program before applying for Student-Designed Major can no longer apply for other second major. If student fails to enter the Student-Designed Major, they should take an intensive major course in their first major.
C. Intensive major course of first major is similar to the existing single major system.
D. Among successful applicants, only those who retain applicants eligibility conditions during the application semester (ex. registration, approval of pre-taken courses, designation of Student-Designed Major courses, course registration) will be accepted for Student-Designed Major from the following semester.
E. Students who apply for a Mid-semester leave of absence during the semester of application will be cancelled even after being announced as successful applicants.
