[과학도서관 열람실 이전 관련 관리처 공청회 결과 보고 / Report on the Results of the Facilities Office Public Hearing Regarding the Relocation of the Science Library Reading Room]

안녕하세요. 제 55대 총학생회 [바다] 시설국입니다.

2025년 8월 12일, [과학도서관 열람실 이전]과 [하나스퀘어 신규 열람실 조성]에 관하여 <제1회 관리처 공청회>가 진행되었습니다.

해당 공청회에는 총학생회장단, 총학생회 시설국, 이공계 캠퍼스 단과대 회장단 등이 참석하였으며,
열람실 이전과 관련하여 [이전 과정 통보 문제], [학습 환경 보전 문제], [추가 학습공간 조성 문제], [학습 환경 개선 문제] 등에 대한 논의가 이루어졌습니다.

총학생회는 해당 열람실 이전 과정에서 학우분들의 학습권이 침해되지 않도록 최선을 다하겠습니다.

Hello. This is the Facilities Department of the 55th Student Union [바다].

On August 12, 2025, the <1st Facilities Office Public Hearing> was held concerning the [Relocation of the Science Library Reading Room] and the [Creation of a New Reading Room in Hana Square].

The public hearing was attended by the President and Vice President of the Student Union, the Facilities Department of the Student Union, and the executive members of the College of Science and Engineering Campus.
Discussions were held on the following issues related to the reading room relocation: [Notification process of relocation], [Preservation of learning environment] and [Creation of additional study spaces, Improvement of the learning environment]

The Student Union will do its best to ensure that students' right to study is not infringed during the relocation process of the reading room.
