Many students at the Korea University (KU) would have visited the university before attending classes at it, when they were still high school students. However, it may have been difficult for ordinary students to visit KU and receive a well-structured and reliable tour around the campus. The Crimson Center makes such visits easier for everyone.

The Crimson Center, which has opened since the second semester of 2015, is located on the first floor of the Centennial Memorial SAMSUNG Hall of KU. It is open from 9:00 A.M. until 5:00 P.M. on weekdays and opens an hour late on Saturdays. It is closed on Sundays, holidays, and other special days at KU.

It provides an official map of the campus, so that visitors can have a proper tour around the university themselves. If anyone wants an official tour around the university, the honorary ambassadors of KU, Yeowool is always at the Crimson Center to provide a well-programmed tour around the campus. Also, at this center are available various pamphlets with information about KU, life at KU, and even academy-related information.

Freshman Lee Jae-Jung ('15, Russian Language and Literature) says, "I expect it to become a place that visitors can first visit and receive information easily, as it is first to be seen when entered the campus from the Korea University metro station."
