On September 7, from 7:00 P.M., the regular Liberal Arts College Student Representative Conference was held at auditorium 202 of the College of Liberal Arts Building. 51 delegates participated, including three representatives from each of the 15 majors of this college and representatives from clubs within this college.

There were four reporting items and five debating items. Reporting items included a report of the activities organized by the Emergency Response Committee of the College of Liberal Arts in the first half of the year and activities planned for the second half of the year. Other items regarded issues regarding locker designated to the College of Liberal Arts and guides to the changes made to regulations regarding borrowing auditoriums at the College of Liberal Arts Building.

Five debating items included evaluation of budgets and accounts of the College of Liberal Arts, which also considers the report and approval of the club activities associated to this college. Jung Da Yeon ('14, Russian Language and Literature) commented, "the first two items regarded money, so it took up most of the time." During the remaining of conference, delegates dealt with reports and approvals of activities by the Special Independent Organizations, dates for the elections, and the next president of the Emergency Response Committee of this college.
