Korea University’s (KU) Center for Teaching & Learning (CTL) is opening its academic counseling program “Learning High” for enrolled students, as well as for those on a leave of absence and foreign students. Those who have received academic warning or those who simply wish to improve their academic performance can make advance reservations online through the Learning High homepage (learninghigh.korea.ac.kr) or offline by visiting the CTL office in the Central Plaza, room B121.

In consideration of students who do not have the time to be counseled frequently, the program offers an one-weekly one-on-one academic coaching, in which students can earn regular supervision and feedbacks without burdens. There is also the so-called “Golden Time Coaching,” where students can visit the CTL office anytime on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1 P.M. to 5 P.M. without prior reservations.

Apart from these, the CTL is providing students with a variety of ways to receive academic counseling that suit one’s taste. For students who feel uncomfortable in visiting the office in person can take advantage of the online academic coaching system. “We ensure that all of the coaching contents online will remain confidential,” said the CTL Support Team, “Through this one-semester program, we also aim for students to better adapt to their school lives.” Further information can be found on the Learning High website, and contact is available via phone: 02-3290-1583.
