May 26 is the starting day of Korea University(KU) festival. With green tent houses filling the Minju Plaza, delicious smelland energetic atmosphere lay all around the whole campus. The weather alsoseems to be perfect with bright sunlight glowing and breezing wind flowing. Asa turn of the festival, events are being held and will continue on for severaldays. Coincidentally, Korea Microsoft has opened the Windows Campus Tour in KU campuson the same date.

Specifically, the tour has been taking place atthe Central Plaza. It will last for three days. Before it begun in KU, YonseiUniversity (YU) was the former holding place from May 20 to 22 and after KU,the Windows Campus Tour will go on to Sangmyung University. Indeed, threeuniversities have been chosen for the event to proceed at.

The tour’s main purpose is to introduce Windows 8.1,which is a mended version of the previous program, Windows 8. The targets areobviously university students. At the first day, the tour booths were filledwith lots of students. Specifically, guides at the tour first lured thestudents to try out some events. Then, the participants were instructed toanother zone, where they can actually experience how Windows 8.1 work outthrough tablets. As the finale, there is a free rental zone where students canlend electronics, approximately a day.

Along with enjoying the festival, it could be anice chance to drop by the campus tour to explore the new software withoutfees.
