On February 24, Korea University (KU) hosted its 116th graduation ceremony, where over 6,000 students received their diplomas. The ceremony was held at the Inchon Memorial Hall, and the event was graced by various speakers, including the university's former
President, Chung Jin-taek. He congratulated the graduates, urging them to keep embodying the traditional spirit of ¡°liberty, justice, and
truth¡± that the university stands for. He wished the alumni well in their future endeavors and encouraged them to achieve their dreams with pride.

The ceremony marked a historic moment for KU, being the President's last before his announced retirement in favor of Kim Dong-One. Various other speakers, including Seung Myung-ho, the chairman of Korea University's Alumni Association, and Kim Jae-ho, Korea
University Foundation, also spoke at the event, congratulating graduates for overcoming the difficulties encountered during their
academic journey.

Despite the celebratory mood of the event, there were unfortunately also some challenges, with the university's website crashing due
to the influx of applicants seeking graduation caps and gowns. This caused delays and inconveniences for some students, who had
to wait for several hours to obtain their graduation regalia. All in all, the 116th graduation ceremony at Korea University was a
significant event, marked by the departure of the university's President, being a glorious reminder of the school¡¯s spirit of fraternity.
