The Central Steering Committee has unanimously voted to act against the establishment of the Crimson College and the school-system revision. The delegates of the committee felt that, in order to successfully resist against the latest unilateral “suggestions” made by the school, the committee should somehow gather students to take a combined action.

The committee has come to an agreement that the Crimson College “provides too much advantage to to-be the Crimson College students at the expense of the welfare of the original Korea University (KU) students.” Although a briefing session is to be held the following Tuesday and two debate sessions the next week, the committee felt that it should inform the numerous problems of Crimson College to all students as quickly as possible and students should take a combined action that evinces their anger.

The committee has also come to a conclusion that the controversial school-system revision took away too much advantage from existing KU students while the Crimson College students were exempted from these rules. A separate body under the committee has been created with unanimous agreement that will carry out the movement against the school's plans.
