The Central Voting Management Committee has overturned its previous decision and has come to agreement to discard all 261 votes collected at the Uncho-Useon Hall due to issues regarding proper signatures and locks. The committee considered appropriate to render all 261 votes invalid according to Article 80 Clause 1 of the student's constitution. Lee Seo Ho, the chairperson of the committee, took responsibility and apologized for what happened, commenting that he has "failed to consider all possibilities and therefore have failed to prepare a clear-cut solution for this problem." Kim Dong Hyeon, the chairperson of the local voting management committee, also apologized to all 261 students who voted at the Uncho-Useon Hall.
