The voting ballot Uncho-Useon Hall is currently causing problem. All voting ballots were supposed to arrive at the 4.18 Memorial Hall completely sealed with an authorized signature. The voting ballot from the Uncho-Useon Hall were deemed to have been insufficiently sealed. The members of the Central Voting Management Committee are currently discussing how to cope with the situation and are now considering the possibility of discarding all the votes collected at the Uncho-Useon Hall.

Update:The delegates of the Central Voting Management Committee voted against discarding the ballots, but the discussion is still ongoing.
