안녕하세요, 고려대학교 제54대 총학생회 [나날] 교육진로국입니다. 「연구실 안전환경 조성에 관한 법률」 제21조(건강검진)에 의거하여 학교 안전관리팀에서 진행하는 이공계 연구활동종사자 대상 건강검진 서비스와 관련해서 안내드립니다. 보건비 납부 여부와 관계없이 전액 학교부담으로 진행되는 사업입니다. 이공계열 재학생 학우 여러분의 많은 참여 부탁드립니다.

📍대상자: 연구활동종사자 안전교육 대상자 (이공계열 재학생)(휴학생 제외)

📍검진일정: 5. 21(화)~5. 23(목), 08:30~12:30(접수는 12:00 마감)

📍검진장소: 하나스퀘어 B125호 피아노 라운지(자연계 유니스토어 앞)

📍검진방법: 별도 예약 없이 검진시간에 방문하여 건강검진 진행(개인별 1시간 이내 소요)

📍준비사항
- 8시간 금식(소량의 물은 섭취 가능)
- 학생증 지참(모바일학생증 가능)
- 편안한 복장(채혈, X-ray 촬영 등에 지장이 없는 복장)

📍검진비용: 무료

📍검진항목: 문진 및 의사 진찰, 혈압/혈액/소변검사(간수치 등), 신장/체중/시력/청력 측정, 흉부방사선(X-ray) 촬영 등

📍검진결과 안내: 건강검진 진행 시 현장에서 기입한 개인별 휴대전화번호로 발송

📍기타 주의사항
- 외부 건강검진(학생건강검진, 건강보험검진 등) 여부와 무관하게 검진 진행이 가능합니다.
- 당일 검진장소 방문자가 예상인원을 상회하는 경우 검진이 불가능하거나 대기시간이 길어지는 등의 상황이 발생할 수 있습니다.

[Announcement for medical checkups for research workers]

Hello, this is Education and career Dept of 54th KU Student Union [NaNal]. In accordance with Article 21 (Health Examination) of the "Act on the Establishment of Safe Research Environments", we would like to proceed with health examinations for researchers.

📍Subjects
All undergraduate and graduate students majoring in science and technology
* List of majors: Note below and information page(https://bit.ly/3w2UPbA)
* If you have completed safety education for researcher, you are eligible for this health checkups
* Students on leave of absence are excluded from subject list
* Those who underwent health examinations in April are exempt from this examination

📍 Date: May 21st (Tue) to 23rd (Thu), Daily from 08:30 to 12:00
*Checkup times generally take 30 minutes to 1 hour

📍 Location: Hana Square B125 Lounge (in front of the Uni-Store)

📍 Appointment: Not required

📍 Required Materials: Student ID card (mobile student ID accepted), comfortable clothes

📍Cost: Free of charge (fully covered by the university)
