✏️ 대여 사전예약 방법  
1) 오픈채팅을 통해 다음 정보와 함께 신청

• 대여 희망 물품 및 날짜  
2) 대여 약관 사전 동의
3) 총학생회실 방문 및 수령

🔍현장 대여 방법
재실 일시 중 총학생회실에 방문하시어 대여 절차를 진행해주시면 됩니다.

※ 예약을 하셨더라도 총학생회실에 방문 후 본인 확인 및 서식을 작성하신 후에 물품을 수령하실 수 있습니다.  
※ 예약 물품의 대리수령은 불가능합니다.  
※ 예약한 물품을 예약일에 수령하지 않는 경우 예약이 취소되며, 재고가 보전되지 않습니다.

📢 연체 및 물품 손실 관련 정책  
연체 시 일정 기간 동안 물품 대여 사업 이용이 불가하며, 지속적 연체 또는 손상·분실 시 변상을 요청드릴 수 있습니다.

We are offering an item rental program for students who may have difficulty obtaining the items they need.

📌 Pickup and Return  
Date and Time: 12:00–18:00 on operating days of the item rental program  
Location: Student Union Office, Room 418, Student Center (Hantoo Square)

⌛ Rental Period  
Up to 3 days; some items may be rented for up to 2 days  
(including the pickup and return dates; weekends and public holidays excluded)

✏️ How to Make an Advance Reservation  
1) Apply via the open chat with the following information:  
• Full name, student ID number, and phone number  
• Affiliated unit and purpose of the request  
• Requested items and rental dates  
2) Prior Agreement to Rental Terms
3) Visit the Student Union Office to pick up the items

🔍 How to Rent Immediately
please visit the Student Council Office to complete the rental process.

※ Even if you have made a reservation, you may pick up the items only after visiting the Student Union Office, verifying your identity, and completing the required form.  
※ Proxy pickup is not permitted.  
※ If a reserved item is not picked up on the reservation date, the reservation will be canceled and the item will not be held in inventory.

📢 Policy on Late Returns and Lost or Damaged Items  
Late returns will result in a temporary suspension of eligibility to use the item rental program. In cases of repeated late returns or damage or loss of items, compensation may be requested.
