※ 본 공지사항은 학생 공연팀 지원 시 반드시 숙지해야 하는 사항입니다. 아래 내용을 반드시 확인하시고 준수해 주시기 바랍니다. 공정한 축제 운영을 위한 조치이니 협조 부탁드립니다.

✅ 1. 공연 일정
2026. 9. 29.(화)~2026. 9. 30.(수) 중 하루 공연

✅ 2. 모집 일정
-1차 지원 접수: 2026. 7. 15.(수)~2026. 8. 15.(토) 18:00
-1차 결과 발표: 2026. 8. 19.(수) 자정까지 개별 문자 통보
-오디션: 2026. 8. 22.(토)~2026. 8. 24.(월) 오프라인 진행 (개별 문자 안내)
-최종 결과 발표: 2026. 8. 31.(일) 자정까지 개별 문자 통보

✅ 3. 모집 대상
-고려대학교 서울캠퍼스 학생(재학생, 휴학생, 수료생) 혹은 해당 인원으로 구성된 팀
※ 동일 단체의 중복 지원은 불가합니다.
※ 개인당 지원 가능한 팀은 1팀으로 제한합니다.

✅ 4. 모집 부문
-메인스테이지 학생 공연팀 (1일차, 2일차)
※ 공연 시간대 및 선곡, 구성 등은 주최 측의 요청에 따라 조정될 수 있습니다.
※ 모집 부문은 상황에 따라 변동될 수 있습니다.

✅ 5. 지원 방법
-개인/팀 지원 가능
-구글폼 링크를 통해 팀 정보와 영상 제출 (2026. 8. 15.(토) 18:00까지)

※ 지정된 양식과 제출 기한을 꼭 준수해 주세요. 준수하지 않을 경우 불합격 등 불이익이 있을 수 있습니다.

✅ 6. 영상 제출 안내
-실제 무대에서 공연할 모든 곡을 담은 영상 제출 (총 공연 시간에 맞게 제출 필수)
-공연 시간은 최대 20분 내외 (세팅 및 의상 교체 시간 포함)
-세팅 및 의상 교체 시간 제외 영상 제출 시, 정확한 시간을 반드시 구글폼에 기재

✅ 7. 오디션 안내
-1차 선발자에 한하여 오디션 진행
-일정: 2026. 8. 22.(토)~2026. 8. 23.(일): 보컬, 밴드 등 / 2026. 8. 24.(월): 보컬, 마술, 댄스 힙합 등
※ 장소 및 세부 시간은 개별 통보될 예정입니다.
※ 장소 및 일정은 대관 상황에 따라 변경될 수 있으며, 변경 시 사전 안내 예정입니다.
※ 오디션 불참 시 인원별 비율에 따라 감점이 있습니다.
• 10% 이상~20% 미만 불참 시: -1점
• 20% 이상~30% 미만 불참 시: -2점
• 30% 이상~40% 미만 불참 시: -3점
• 40% 이상~50% 미만 불참 시: -4점
• 50% 이상 불참 시: 탈락

✅ 8. 오디션 평가 기준
-공연 완성도(40%), 대중성(30%), 축제 적합성(30%)

✅ 9. 주의 사항
-지원서와 영상으로 1차 선발이 이루어지므로 정확히 작성해 주시기 바랍니다.
-공연 당일 결강사유서 발급이 가능합니다.
-당일 리허설은 12시~16시 예정입니다. (참여 불가능한 팀은 공연 제외)
-배정된 공연 시간 참여 불가 시 선발에서 제외됩니다.

Hello, this is the Stage Production Team of the Korea University Student Union Fall Festival Planning Committee.

🔥 This year's Korea University Student Union Fall Festival will be held as the Korea-Yonsei Games Eve Festival! 🔥
We are recruiting student performance teams to light up the stage for the Koeea-Yonsei Games Eve Festival, taking place from September 29 (Tue) to September 30 (Wed), 2026.

※ Please read and comply with the following information carefully before applying as a student performance team. These measures are necessary to ensure the fair operation of the festival, and we appreciate your cooperation.

✅ 1. Performance Schedule
-One-day performance between September 29 (Tue) and September 30 (Wed), 2026

✅ 2. Recruitment Schedule
-First-round application period: July 15 (Wed)–August 15 (Sat), 2026, 6:00 PM
-First-round results: Individual text notifications by midnight on August 19 (Wed), 2026
-Auditions: August 22 (Sat)–August 24 (Mon), 2026, held in person (individual text notification)
-Final results: Individual text notifications by midnight on August 31 (Sun), 2026

✅ 3. Eligibility
-Korea University Seoul Campus students (currently enrolled students, students on leave of absence, and students who have completed coursework), or teams composed of such students
※ Duplicate applications from the same group are not permitted.
※ Each individual may apply as part of only one team.

✅ 4. Recruitment Category
-Student performance teams for the Main Stage (Day 1 and Day 2)
※ Performance time slots, song selections, and performance arrangements may be adjusted at the organizer's request.
※ Recruitment categories may change depending on circumstances.

✅ 5. How to Apply
-Individual and team applications are accepted.
-Submit team information and a video through the Google Form by August 15 (Sat), 2026, 6:00 PM.

※ Please be sure to follow the designated format and submission deadline. Failure to do so may result in disadvantages, including disqualification.

✅️6. Video Submission Guidelines
-Submit a video containing all songs to be performed on stage. The video must match the total performance duration.
-Performances may be up to approximately 20 minutes, including setup and costume-change time.
-If your submitted video excludes setup and costume-change time, please indicate the exact duration in the Google Form.

✅️7. Audition Information
-Auditions will be held only for first-round selected applicants.
-Schedule:
◦ August 22 (Fri)–August 23 (Sat), 2026: Vocal, band, etc.
◦ August 24 (Sun), 2026: Vocal, magic, dance, hip-hop, etc.
※ The venue and detailed schedule will be announced individually.
※ The venue and schedule may change depending on venue availability. Advance notice will be provided in the event of changes.
※ Points will be deducted according to the proportion of team members absent from the audition.
• 10% to less than 20% absent: -1 point
• 20% to less than 30% absent: -2 points
• 30% to less than 40% absent: -3 points
• 40% to less than 50% absent: -4 points
• 50% or more absent: Disqualification

✅️8. Audition Evaluation Criteria
-Performance quality (40%), public appeal (30%), and suitability for the festival (30%)

✅️9. Important Notes
-First-round selections will be made based on the application and submitted video, so please ensure that all information is accurate.
-A class absence certificate may be issued for the day of the performance.
-Same-day rehearsals are expected to take place from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Teams unable to participate will be excluded from the performance.
-Teams unable to attend their assigned performance time will be excluded from the performance.
