안녕하세요, 고려대학교 총학생회입니다.

보다 안정적이고 편리한 정보서비스 제공을 위한 차세대 포털·학사 시스템이 2026년 6월 29일(월)부터 시범 운영될 예정입니다.
이에 앞서 원활한 시스템 전환과 데이터 이관을 위해 아래 기간 동안 포털을 이용한 기존 시스템 서비스가 중단될 예정이니, 미리 확인하시어 이용에 참고하시기 바랍니다.

- 중지 기간: 6월 26일(금) 18:00 - 6월 28일(일)
*작업 진행 상황에 따라 종료시간이 변경될 수 있음

- 중지 대상: 포털 계정 및 디지털정보처 운영 데이터베이스와 연동된 대부분의 교내 시스템
(포털, LMS, 도서관, 인터넷 제증명, 학과/부서 홈페이지, zoom 등)
*도서관 시스템 중지에 따라 도서관 홈페이지, 국내 전자책, 시설/좌석예약 앱 등 포털 ID 기반 모든 로그인이 제한됩니다.
*학교 이메일의 경우 포털을 이용한 접속은 불가능하며, 네이버웍스 및 구글계정으로 직접 로그인 하여 이용하여야 합니다.

Hello, this is the Korea University Student Union.

The next-generation portal and academic system, designed to provide more stable and convenient information services, is scheduled to begin pilot operation on Monday, June 29, 2026.

To ensure a smooth system transition and data migration, existing system services accessed through the portal will be unavailable during the period below. Please review the information in advance and take it into account when using campus systems.

- Suspension Period: Friday, June 26, 18:00 – Sunday, June 28
*The end time may change depending on the progress of the work.

- Affected Systems: Most campus systems linked to portal accounts and databases operated by the Office of Digital Information
(Portal, LMS, Library, online certificate issuance, department/office websites, zoom, etc.)
*Due to the suspension of the library system, all portal ID-based logins, including the library website, domestic e-books, and facility/seat reservation apps, will be restricted.
*Please note that school email cannot be accessed through the portal. You must log in directly using NAVER WORKS or your Google account.
