아래와 같이 2026 석탑대동제준비위원회 기획 행사 <🍓딸기투비트~ 딸기투비트!🍓 고려대학교 냉장고를 부탁해>의 '요리사'로 참가 희망하시는 학우분들의 신청을 받고자 합니다. 본 행사는 3대3 요리 대결로, 준비된 식재료 중 일부를 미니게임을 통해 선택하여, 제시된 컨셉에 맞는 요리를 제한 시간 내에 만들고, 현장에 계신 학우분들의 시식 및 평가를 통해 승리팀을 결정하는 방식으로 진행됩니다.

📌일시: 2026년 5월 20일 (수) 10:30 - 12:00 (오전 팀 대결), 13:00 - 14:30 (오후 팀 대결)
* 원활한 진행을 위해 대결 시작 시간보다 30분 먼저 현장에 도착해주시기 바랍니다.

📌참가 대상: 고려대학교 소속 재학생, 휴학생
📌모집 기간: 5/13 (수) 21:00 - 5/16 (토) 23:59
* 5/17 (일) 12:00까지 개별 연락 통해 참가 확정 혹은 참가 예비번호 안내 드릴 예정입니다.
📌모집 인원: 12명 (팀 당 3명)
* 개인 단위 신청, 팀 단위 신청 모두 가능합니다. (팀 단위 신청의 경우 모든 인원 구글 폼 제출 필요)

💰 보증금 정책
📍 참가 신청 당시 노쇼 방지를 위한 보증금 30,000원을 납부하셔야 합니다.
📍 참가 확정 시 행사 종료 이후 보증금을 환급해드립니다.
📍 참가 예비번호를 받으셨으나 5/17 (일) 23:00까지 참가가 확정되지 않을 경우, 5/18 (월) 중으로 보증금을 환급해드립니다.
📍 참가 확정 및 참가 예비번호를 받지 못하신 경우 보증금을 즉시 환급해드립니다.
📍 참가 확정 이후 본인 실수로 인한 노쇼 및 단순 변심으로 인한 환불은 불가능합니다.

⚠️ 본 모집은 '요리사' 역할로 참가하실 학우분들에게 해당되는 것이며, 완성된 요리의 시식 및 평가를 담당할 '시식 및 평가단' 역할은 별도 모집 절차 없이 행사 당일 현장에서 선착순 참여 가능합니다.
⚠️ 참가 확정이 된 학우분들은 5/18 (월) 20:00부터 진행될 행사 OT에 반드시 참석하셔야 합니다.

Hello, this is the 2026 Suktap Daedong Festival Preparation Committee.

We are now accepting applications from students who wish to participate as “Chefs” in the 2026 Suktap Daedong Festival special event, <🍓Strawberry Two Beat~ Strawberry Two Beat!🍓 Please Take Care of KU's Refrigerator>.

This event will be held as a 3 vs 3 cooking competition. Teams will select some of their ingredients through mini-games, then create a dish that matches the given concept within the time limit. The winning team will be determined through on-site tasting and evaluations conducted by fellow students attending the event.

📌 Date & Time:
May 20, 2026 (Wed)
10:30 - 12:00 (Morning Match)
13:00 - 14:30 (Afternoon Match)
* Participants are required to arrive at the venue 30 minutes before the match begins for smooth event operation.
📌 Venue:
Basketball Court, Korea University Humanities & Social Sciences Campus
📌 Eligibility:
Currently enrolled or on-leave Korea University students
📌 Recruitment Period:
5/13 (Wed) 21:00 - 5/16 (Sat) 23:59
* Participants will receive individual notifications regarding confirmation or waitlist status by 12:00 on 5/17 (Sun).
📌 Number of Participants:
12 students (3 members per team)
* Both individual applications and team applications are accepted. (For team applications, all members must submit the Google Form individually.)

💰 Deposit Policy
📍 A deposit of 30,000 KRW is required upon application submission to prevent no-shows.
📍 The deposit will be refunded after the event for confirmed participants.
📍 Applicants placed on the waitlist whose participation is not confirmed by 5/17 (Sun) 23:00 will receive a refund on 5/18 (Mon).
📍 Applicants who are neither confirmed nor placed on the waitlist will receive an immediate refund.
📍 Refunds will not be provided for no-shows or cancellations caused by personal reasons after participation has been confirmed.

⚠️ This recruitment is only for students participating as “Chefs.”
Students wishing to participate as the “Tasting & Evaluation Panel” may join on-site on the day of the event on a first-come, first-served basis without a separate application process.
⚠️ Confirmed participants must attend the event orientation scheduled for 5/18 (Mon) at 20:00.
⚠️ Detailed competition rules and additional notices will be provided during the event orientation.
