📢 5월 1일(금) 19시에 예정된 부스·주점 대표자 대상 OT에 필수적으로 참석하셔야 합니다. OT에 불참하실 경우, 실수요 조사에 참여하셨더라도 부스·주점 배정이 불가합니다.
✅ 가수요 조사에 참여하셨더라도, 실수요 조사에 참여하지 않으시면 부스·주점 운영이 불가합니다.
✅ 천막 대여시 대여 비용이 발생합니다.
✅ 가용 공간을 최대한 활용하였음에도, 가수요 조사 결과 부스·주점 운영 희망 단위가 수용 가능 규모를 초과한 상황입니다. 실수요 조사 결과에 따라 부스·주점을 배정받지 못하는 단위가 있을 수 있다는 점 너른 양해 부탁드립니다.

* 석탑대동제는 석탑대동제준비위원회와 공식 제휴를 맺지 않은 비인가 외부 프로모션 부스를 모두 금지하고 있습니다.

Hello, this is the Management Team of the 2026 Korea University Suktap Daedong Festival Preparation Committee.

To identify organizations interested in participating in booths and pub booths and to help plan the 2026 Korea University Suktap Daedong Festival, we are conducting the final demand survey as follows.

📌 Survey period: Apr 3 (Fri), 2026 – Apr 7 (Tue), 2026, 23:59
📌 Survey items: preferred tent location by organization, number of tents, operating days, etc.
📌 Survey links (links differ depending on operating format)

📢 Attendance at the booth/pub booth representatives’ OT scheduled for May 1 (Fri) at 19:00 is mandatory. If you do not attend the OT, your booth/pub booth cannot be assigned even if you have completed this final demand survey.
✅ Even if you participated in the preliminary demand survey, you will not be able to operate a booth/pub booth unless you also complete this final demand survey.
✅ A rental fee will apply if you rent tents.
✅ Despite maximizing available space, the preliminary demand survey results show that the number of organizations wishing to operate booths/pub booths exceeds capacity. Depending on the final demand survey results, some organizations may not be assigned a booth/pub booth. We kindly ask for your understanding.

The Suktap Daedong Festival prohibits all unauthorized external promotion booths that are not officially partnered with the Suktap Daedong Festival Preparation Committee.
The Suktap Daedong Festival is a festival for Korea University students. If you wish to set up a booth representing another university or a local commercial district, please contact the official email of the Suktap Daedong Festival Preparation Committee (kufetival2026@gmail.com).
