오는 5월 19일부터 21일까지 진행되는 석탑대동제 무대 공연의 원활한 운영과 안전 확보를 위해, PRESS 구역을 사전 허가제로 운영합니다. 취재 및 촬영을 희망하는 교내 단체는 아래 내용을 확인하신 후 기한 내 신청해 주시기 바랍니다.

- 신청 기간: 03. 18.(수) ~ 03. 25.(수) 18:00까지

✅ 2. 이용 수칙 및 유의사항

- 인원 제한: 각 단체별 출입 가능 인원 및 취재 범위는 무대 연출 상황에 따라 조정 및 배정될 수 있습니다.
- 비표 패용: 승인된 인원에게는 별도의 PRESS 비표가 발급됩니다. 비표 미패용 시 구역 출입이 엄격히 통제됩니다.
- 양도 금지: 비표는 신청 목적 외 타인에게 양도할 수 없으며, 적발 시 소속 단체 전체의 취재 허가가 취소될 수 있습니다.

⚠️ 주의사항 (필독)

- 현장 스태프 및 무대연출국의 지시에 따르지 않거나 허가되지 않은 활동을 할 경우 즉시 퇴장 조치됩니다.
- 위반 사항 적발 시, 석탑대동제 전 기간 PRESS 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.

Hello, this is the Stage Production Department of the Korea University Suktap Daedong Festival Preparation Committee.

To ensure smooth operation and on-site safety for stage performances at the Suktap Daedong Festival, taking place from May 19 to May 21, we will operate the PRESS area on a prior approval basis. On-campus organizations wishing to cover or film the performances should review the information below and submit the application by the deadline.

(Official on-campus broadcasters and newspapers are also requested to apply.)

✅ 1. Application Information
- Application period: Mar 18 (Wed) – Mar 25 (Wed), by 18:00

- Results: Applicants will be notified individually after internal review by the Stage Production Department

✅ 2. Rules & Important Notes
- Personnel limit: The number of approved entrants and the scope of coverage for each organization may be adjusted and assigned depending on stage operations.
- PRESS badge required: Approved personnel will be issued a separate PRESS badge. Access to the area will be strictly restricted without a badge.
- No transfer: Badges may not be transferred to others or used for purposes other than the stated application. If violations are found, PRESS access for the entire organization may be revoked.

⚠️ Important Notes (Please Read)
- If you fail to follow instructions from on-site staff or the Stage Production Department, or engage in any unauthorized activities, you may be asked to leave immediately.
- If violations are identified, PRESS access may be restricted for the entire duration of the Suktap Daedong Festival.
