✅ 1. 공연 일정 및 장소

✅ 2. 모집 및 선발 일정

- 오프라인 오디션: 04. 10.(금) ~ 04. 12.(일)

✅ 3. 지원 자격 및 부문

- 지원 자격: 구성 인원의 과반(50% 초과)이 고려대학교 서울캠퍼스 학생(재학/휴학/수료)인 공연팀
- 가산점: 본교생 비율에 따라 차등 부여 (100% 구성 시 5점, 75% 이상 3점)
- 모집 부문: 메인스테이지 공연이 가능한 모든 장르 (밴드, 댄스, 보컬, 힙합 등)
※ 동일 단체의 중복 지원은 불가합니다.

✅ 4. 지원 방법 및 영상 제출 가이드

- 접수 방법: 아래 구글폼 링크를 통해 팀 정보 및 공연 영상 제출

- 지원 영상 가이드:
(1) 실제 공연 예정인 구성을 모두 포함한 영상 (최대 20분 이내)
(2) 세팅 및 의상 교체 시간이 영상에서 제외된 경우, 반드시 폼 내 별도 기재
(3) 영상의 퀄리티보다는 공연의 완성도와 구성을 중점적으로 평가합니다.

✅ 5. 오디션 안내 (1차 합격팀 대상)

- 04. 10.(금) ~ 11.(토): 악기 및 전문 음향 설비가 필요한 팀 (외부 연습실)
- 04. 12.(일): 무대 공간 및 간단한 음향이 필요한 팀 (교내 강당)
※ 상세 시간 및 장소는 1차 합격자에게 개별 안내됩니다. 대관 상황에 따라 변동될 수 있습니다.

✅ 6. 평가 기준

- 공연 완성도(50%): 가창력, 연주력, 안무 등의 정확도 및 팀원 간의 합
- 대중성(30%): 관객의 호응을 유도할 수 있는 선곡 및 무대 매너
- 축제 적합성(20%): 석탑대동제 특성을 고려한 공연 컨셉과 무대 구성
- 가산점: 본교생 비율에 따른 추가 점수 합산 (최대 5점)

⚠️ 주의사항 (필독)

- 공연 당일 석탑대동제준비위원장 명의의 결강사유 발급이 가능합니다.
- 공연 당일 리허설(12:00~16:00 예정) 또는 공연 시간에 참여가 불가능한 팀은 선발에서 제외됩니다.
- 공연 시간대, 선곡 및 구성은 무대 연출 상황에 따라 무대연출국과 협의 후 조정될 수 있습니다.
- 1차 심사는 제출하신 지원서와 영상을 바탕으로 엄격히 진행되니 정성껏 작성 부탁드립니다.

Hello, this is the Stage Production Department of the Korea University Suktap Daedong Festival Preparation Committee.

We are recruiting student performance teams who will light up the stage and make the three-day Suktap Daedong Festival in May even more exciting. We look forward to your interest and applications as we create the festival energy together.

✅ 1. Performance Schedule & Venue

- Date: May 19 (Tue), 2026 – May 21 (Thu), 2026
- Venue: Will be notified later


✅ 2. Application & Selection Timeline

- [Round 1] Application & video submission: Mar 12 (Thu) – Apr 3 (Fri), by 18:00
- [Round 1] Results announcement: Apr 5 (Sun), notified individually via text message
- Offline audition: Apr 10 (Fri) – Apr 12 (Sun)
- Final results announcement: Scheduled for Apr 19 (Sun)


✅ 3. Eligibility & Categories

- Eligibility: Performance teams in which a majority (over 50%) of members are Korea University Seoul Campus students (enrolled / on leave / completed coursework)
- Bonus points: Awarded based on the percentage of KU students (5 points for 100% KU members; 3 points for 75% or more)
- Categories: Any genre that can perform on the main stage (band, dance, vocal, hip-hop, etc.)
※ Duplicate applications by the same group/organization are not allowed.


✅ 4. How to Apply & Video Submission Guidelines

- How to apply: Submit your team information and performance video via the Google Form link below

- Video guidelines:
(1) Submit a video that includes the full set/performance you plan to present (up to 20 minutes)
(2) If set-up time and costume changes are excluded from the video, you must specify this separately in the form
(3) Evaluation focuses more on performance completeness and composition than video quality


✅ 5. Audition Information (for Round 1 Passers)

- Apr 10 (Fri) ~ Apr 11 (Sat): Teams requiring instruments and professional sound equipment (off-campus practice studio)
- Apr 12 (Sun): Teams requiring stage space and simple sound equipment (on-campus auditorium)
※ Detailed times and locations will be provided individually to Round 1 passers. Schedules may change depending on venue availability.


✅ 6. Evaluation Criteria

- Performance completeness (50%): Accuracy in vocals, instrument performance, choreography, and overall team coordination
- Popular appeal (30%): Song selection and stage manner that can engage the audience
- Festival fit (20%): Performance concept and stage composition suited to the Suktap Daedong Festival
- Bonus points: Additional points based on the percentage of KU student members (up to 5 points)


⚠️ Important Notes (Please Read)

- An official class absence letter under the name of the Head of the Suktap Daedong Festival Preparation Committee can be issued on the day of the performance.
- Teams that cannot participate in the rehearsal (scheduled 12:00–16:00) or their performance time on the day will be excluded from selection.
- Performance time slots, song choices, and set composition may be adjusted after consultation with the Stage Production Department, depending on stage operations.
- Round 1 screening will be conducted strictly based on the application form and submitted video, so please prepare and submit your materials with care.
