'2025 연합가을축제 부스' 운영에 참여하실 단체를 모집하고자 아래와 같이 참가 신청을 진행합니다.

부스는 축제 기간 주간에 진행되며, 각종 안내 사항은 추후 각 단체 대표자를 통해 전달드릴 예정입니다.

📌 신청 기간: 2025. 9. 9.(화) - 2025. 9. 30.(화)
📌 신청 내용: 단체별 부스 희망 위치, 천막 수량, 운영 기간 등

🍁 참여 단위가 많을 경우, 공동 주최 단위인 공과대학, 애기능동아리연합회 소속 단체에 우선권을 부여합니다.
🍁 천막을 대여할 경우, 대여 비용이 발생합니다.
🍁 인구 밀집 방지, 관람 시야 확보 등 원활한 축제 진행을 위하여 천막 수량 및 설치 위치가 제한될 수 있음을 알려드립니다.

* 2025연합가을축제준비단과 공식 협업을 체결하지 않은 모든 상업 활동, 홍보용 부스 설치를 금지합니다.

Greetings, this is the Installation Team of the 2025 United Autumn Festival Preparation Committee.

We are accepting applications from organizations that wish to operate booths at the 2025 United Autumn Festival.

Booths will be operated during the daytime sessions of the festival. Detailed information and instructions will be provided later through each group’s representative.

📌 Application Period: September 9 (Tue) – September 30 (Tue)
📌 Application Details: each group’s preferred booth location, number of tents, operating period, etc.

🍁 If there are too many applicants, priority will be given to organizations affiliated with the College of Engineering and Aedongyeon, which are co-hosting units of the festival.
🍁 Tent rentals will incur a rental fee.
🍁 To prevent overcrowding and secure audience visibility for ensuring smooth festival management, the number of tents and booth locations may be limited.

* Any commercial activity or promotional booth not officially partnered with the 2025 United Autumn Festival Preparation Committee is strictly prohibited.
