The career networking event, “Greenprint of Progress: Charting Sustainable Pathways,” concluded successfully on May 31 at Yonsei University. Co-organized by the Korea University Indonesian Students Association (KUINA) and the Yonsei-Indonesia Association (YIA), the event allowed students to engage with professionals from various industries, building meaningful connections with them. The opening ceremony, conducted by Lelda Wulan Kartika (Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia) and Kim Jaewan (Chair of Sustainable Development and Cooperation at Yonsei), motivated students on the sustainable movement toward a greener future. The main program—breakout sessions and open networking sessions—enabled participants to delve deeper into diverse fields.

The Granite Tower (GT) interviewed Diva Nasyantri (’22, Computer Science), the head of KUINA’s PR-External Affairs, to gain more information about the event. Nasyantri said, “We wanted to create a space where people passionate about sustainability can connect with professionals and company representatives working in emerging industries. It is also a chance to meet fellow attendees who share similar interests—or are simply eager to learn and network.” As this event was KUINA’s first major gathering as an organization, Nasyantri emphasized they worked hard to create an impactful venue where everyone could get involved in exchanging ideas, building relationships, and fostering future collaborations. Ultimately, the career networking event was finalized successfully, inspiring both campus communities about sustainable innovation.
