Korea University (KU) hosted a youth startup talk concert with the Han Seong-sook, the Minister of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) and Startups, on April 30 in SK Future Hall. The event was part of the ministry¡¯s government-led ¡°Startup for All¡± project, a national program designed to help individuals with business ideas develop them into real startups through mentoring, market validation, prototype production, and commercialization support. Minister Han emphasized that the government would support young people so they can ¡°freely take on challenges¡± and turn those efforts into startups and growth. The panel also included Lee Byung Cheon, head of KU¡¯s Crimson Startup Support Foundation, Son Ho-jung, CEO of Smartus Korea and chief mentor of ¡°Startup for All,¡± and four KU student applicants. The discussion focused on improving the project, reducing barriers for young founders, and strengthening KU¡¯s startup environment.
