고려대학교 영자신문사는 “국내 최초의" 대학 영자신문사이자 ⭐️교내 유일한⭐️ 영어 언론 매체입니다. 1954년 창간된 오랜 역사를 가진 신문사로, 다양한 교내 및 국내외 소식을 종이 잡지와 웹사이트 (www.thegranitetower.com)를 통해 매월 전하고 있습니다.

🗞️ 모집 대상: 2025년 1학기부터 3학기 이상 활동 가능한 고려대 학부생 (학년, 국적 무관)

Established in 1954, The Granite Tower is Korea’s First Collegiate English Newspaper that provides coverage of a variety of campus, domestic and international issues through its monthly magazine and the website (www.thegranitetower.com).

🗞️ Application Requirements: KU undergraduates who can participate for at least 3 semesters (all grades and nationalities are welcome.) Basic proficiency in Korean is required.

1. Closely cover campus events such as Ipselenti and the Annual Ko-Yon Games.
2. Improve your English writing skills and satisfy your intellectual curiosity by writing articles on diverse topics and receiving constructive feedback.
3. Design article layouts yourself, and use GT’s equipment for photo shoots.
4. Scholarships are awarded to members who have actively participated for at least two semesters, including the probationary period.
5. Members are provided with a spacious personal workspace within the newsroom for unlimited use.
6. Get the chance to interview notable figures and professors.
7. Experience a sense of pride each month as you read through the magazine, and expand your network with fellow journalists and seniors across various departments.
