2025학년도 제2학기 성적처리 일정에 대해 다음과 같이 안내 드립니다.

📌성적공시 및 정정 일정
성적입력: 2025. 12. 12(금) 09:00~2025. 12. 29(월) 08:30
성적공시 및 정정: 2025. 12. 29(월)~2026. 1. 5(월) 17:00
성적확정: 2026. 1. 6(화) 11:00
재수강 선별 삭제: 2026. 1. 8(목) 11:00

📌유의사항
1) 성적공시 전 수강소감설문에 응답완료 후 성적조회를 할 수 있습니다. (수강소감설문 일시중단기간: 12월 29일(월) 10:00-17:00)
조회 후 이상이 있을 경우 반드시 정정기간 내에 담당교수/강사에게 확인(정정)을 하시기 바랍니다.
※ 안전교육 이수 대상 학과 소속 학생
- 성적공시 2주 전까지 ‘안전교육‘ 미이수 시, 성적공시기간 성적조회 제한
- 성적공시 기간 내 안전교육 이수 시, 익일(주말인 경우 월요일) 오전 11시부터 조회 가능
※ 정규 외국인 학생
- ‘인권과 성평등 교육’ 및 ‘범죄예방교육(한국법령)’ 미 이수시 성적공시기간 성적조회 제한

2) ‘I’학점으로 공시된 성적은 정정 마감일 이후에는 ‘F’학점으로 처리되오니, 반드시 정정 기간 내에 담당교수(강사)에게 확인(정정)을 하시기 바랍니다.

3) 포탈의 「수업>수강신청>수강신청 내역조회」에서 수강과목의 재수강을 확인한 후 이상이 있을 경우 12월 12일(금)까지 소속 대학(부) 행정실로 문의하시기 바랍니다.

4) 재수강 과목은 성적확정 후 재수강 선별작업을 거쳐 일괄 삭제되므로 재수강한 교과목이 있는 경우 재수강이 삭제된 성적표는 1월 8일(목) 15시 이후에 확인하시기 바랍니다.

5) 「부정청탁 및 금품등 수수의 금지에 관한 법률」 제5조 내지 제7조에 근거, 채점상의 오류가 없음에도 불구하고, 교강사에게 학생 또는 제3자가 성적변경(상향 또는 하향)을 요청하는 것은 부정청탁에 해당하며, 2회 이상 동일한 부정청탁을 받은 교원 및 강사의 경우 학교에 신고의무가 발생하므로, 성적확인 요청 외 성적변경 요청은 삼가바랍니다.

We would like to share the grade processing schedule for Fall Semester 2025 as follows.

📌Grade Posting & Correction Schedule
- Grade Entry: Dec 12, 2025 (Fri) 09:00 – Dec 29, 2025 (Mon) 08:30
- Grade Posting & Correction: Dec 29, 2025 (Mon) – Jan 5, 2026 (Mon) 17:00
- Grade Finalization: Jan 6, 2026 (Tue) 11:00
- Retake Course Selection Deletion: Jan 8, 2026 (Thu) 11:00

📌Important Notes

1) Students who complete online course evaluation for all courses in which they enrolled for the semester have access to their preliminary grades. (Course evaluation will be shortly closed on Dec 29th 10:00-17:00 to improve the quality)

※ Students enrolled in departments where safety training is required are restricted from viewing their grades during the grade revision period if they fail to complete the safety training by two weeks prior to the grade access date. However, if students complete the safety training during the grade revision period, they may access their preliminary grades from 11 o’clock on the day(Weekend excluded) after they complete the safety training.

※ International undergraduate students belong to Seoul Campus are restricted from viewing their grades during the grade revision period if they do not complete "Human Rights and Gender Equity Education" and "Crime Prevention Education" on Blackboard.  For inquiries, Contact GSC (gsc@korea.ac.kr/(02)3290-5174or5158)

※ KU students - ID : Student Number, Password : KUPID password
※ Domestic exchange student - ID : Temporary KU student number

. - Password : 7 final digits of your Resident Registration Number

4) Grade "I" will be switched to "F" the day after Grade Confirmation. If you have inquiries regarding your grade(s), you should contact a professor or instructor during the ‘Grade Revision Period’.

5) If you repeated a course, please check the course again on the Course registration menu at [KUPID>Go to Class>]. If you find any mistakes in the course registration, you are kindly asked to report it to your affiliated college/school by Dec 12th.

6) If you repeated a course, the former grade will be erased through a screening procedure after the Grade Confirmation. You can check your new grade for this session after Jan 8th 15:00.

7) Pursuant to Articles 5, 6 and 7 of the Improper Solicitation and Graft Act, student requests (or through a third party) to faculty members and instructors to alter grades (either upward or downward) without an error in grading, constitute “Improper Solicitation”. Faculty members and instructors receiving the same improper solicitation for a second time are obligated to report to the college/school. You are kindly but firmly advised not to make requests to change grade(s). You may, however, request a faculty member or instructor to reconfirm your grade(s).
