[2024학년도 1학기 등록금 납부 안내]

안녕하세요, 임시 중앙집행위원회 교육시설국입니다.

이번 학기 등록 기간 마감이 다가옴에 따라 2024학년도 1학기 등록금 납부에 관한 사항을 다음과 같이 안내드립니다.

1. 등록 기간
- 정규등록: 2/20(화)~2/27(화) 16시
- 최종등록: 3/11(월)~3/13(수) 16시
- 초과학기자: 3/18(월)~3/19(화) 16시
* 등록 후에는 취소가 불가합니다.

2. 등록고지서 출력
- 출력 기간:
정규등록: 2/15(목)~2/27(화) 16시
최종등록: 3/11(월)~3/13(수) 16시
초과학기자: 3/18(월)~3/19(화) 16시
- 출력 방법:
포털 로그인→등록/장학 →등록금 고지서→선택납부 선택 및 해제→고지서 출력

* 기타납입금 내역을 필히 확인하고 본인이 납부하고자 하는 선택납부 항목에 체크 (또는 해제) 후 고지서 출력
* 납부하고자 하는 금액은 일괄납부(기타납입금 포함)하여야 하며, 추후 기타납입금 추가납부 및 기타납부금 별도 환불 불가
* 등록금 납부 이후에는 등록금 고지서 출력이 불가하므로 미리 출력하여 보관

3. 납부 방법
- 현금 납부 또는 신용카드 납부 가능 (단, 신입생, 편입생, 분할납부생, 계절학기, 군복무중학점인정, 단기수강료는 현금 납부만 가능)
- 현금 납부 시 고지서에 기재된 본인 고유 하나은행 가상계좌번호로 등록금 총계(기타납입금 포함)를 정확하게 전액 일괄 송금
- 송금인은 학생 본인과 상이하여도 무관하며, 수취인(가상계좌의 예금주)이 “고려대(학생이름)”임을 반드시 확인
- 전액 장학금을 수혜받아 납부할 등록금이 “0원”인 경우에도 반드시 아래 방법 중 하나를 선택하여 등록
(“0원” 혹은 기타납부금액을 가상계좌로 입금 / 등록금 고지서를 가지고 하나은행 방문하여 등록)
- 카드 납부 시 하나카드, 삼성카드로 납부가 가능하며, KEB 하나은행 전국지점, 하나은행 홈페이지, 삼성카드 홈페이지를 통해 납부

4. 초과학기자 등록
- 등록 대상: 학부 9학기 이상.
단, 공대 건축학과는 11학기 이상, 복수전공자는 복수전공 진입 후 3학기 이상, 편입학은 5학기 이상(공대 건축학과 7학기 이상)
- 승인 기간: 3/15(금) 14시
- 대상자 조회 기간: 3/15(금) 16시
- 대상자 조회 방법: 포털 로그인→등록/장학→ 초과학기조회(대상자 이외에는 메뉴가 보이지 않음)
- 고지서 출력 및 등록 기간: 3/18(월) 09시 ~ 3/19(화) 16시

[REGISTRATION for 2024 SPRING SEMESTER]

Greetings, this is KU Student Union Emergency Committee.

Please be informed that the tuition payment of for 2024 spring semester will close soon. Following is the related announcement.

1. Tuition Payment Period
- Regular Payment: 2/20(Tue)~2/27(Tue) 16:00
- Final Payment: 3/11(Mon)~3/13(Wed) 16:00
- Extra Semester Students: 3/18(Mon)~3/19(Tue) 16:00
* After registration, you cannot cancel the registration.

2. Printing Tuition Bills
- Bill Printing Period:
Regular Payment: 2/15(Thu)~2/27(Tue) 16:00
Final Payment: 3/11(Mon)~3/13(Wed) 16:00
Extra Semester Students: 3/18(Mon)~3/19(Tue) 16:00 - Bill Printing Method:
KUPID→ Tuition Payment/Scholarship→ Tuition Bills→ Optional Payments (select or cancel) → Print Bills

* Students must check the Other Payments section and select (or cancel) optional payments before printing tuition bills
* Tuition must be paid in a lump sum. Future additional payments or other payments are non-refundable.

3. Payment Methods
- payment is possible by bank transfer or credit card
- If you pay by bank transfer, Transfer the full amount of tuition (including other payments) to the individual Hana Bank account designated on the tuition bill through any nationwide bank, ATM, Internet banking, or phone banking
- The remitter does not have to be the student, but payment must be made via the student's virtual account. - If a full scholarship student does not select an optional payment item (actual billing amount: KRW 0), the student must visit Hana Bank in person.
- You can also pay with Samsung or Hana credit card through the website.

4. Tuition Payment for Extra Semester Students
- Eligible Applicants: Students in their ninth or later semesters (For the Department of Architecture in the College of Engineering, students in their eleventh or later semester), Dual degree students in their third or later semester after their major fields have been determined, Transfer students in their fifth or later semester
- Approval period: 3/15(Fri) 14:00
- Status checking period: 3/15(Fri) 16:00
- Status checking procedure: KUPID(등록/장학) -> Student Status(appears only to eligible students) -> Print your bill
- Bill printing and Registration period: 3/18(Mon) 09:00 ~ 3/19(Tue) 16:00
