The Student Representative Meeting for fall, 2019 was held at the 4.18 Memorial Hall on October 6. As the motion for a presidential impeachment of the 51st Korea University Student Union (KUSU) was submitted to the Central Steering Committee (CSC) after receiving signatures from over 600 KU students, there was a controversy on whether the President of KUSU will be proceeding the meeting. However, the meeting was held with a delay of 12 minutes with 58 representatives among 102.

At the beginning of the conference, Kim Ga-young (¡¯13, Life Sciences), the President of KUSU, introduced the procedure of the conference. The whole session was divided into two sections: reporting and discussing agendas of several institutions under KUSU. In the first session, Independent Press Council including *The KU Television System* (KUTV) and school magazines such as *The Kodaemunhwa* and *The Suksoon* reported its activities in detail, followed by CSC-Affiliated Special Committee. Furthermore, Special Committee on KU accounting scandal, which was established under Student Representative Meeting, also finished its reporting after informing of its activities at this event.

After the presentation about budget and account for this semester by Baek Beom-chang (¡¯16, Food Bioscience and Technology), the President of both College of Life Sciences and KUSU¡¯s Budget and Account Committee, participants further discussed current issues regarding activities of Central Executive Committee (CEC) of KUSU. During the discussion of each division¡¯s activities, Nam Jae-rim (¡¯17, Business Administration), the Head of the Division of Housing, apologized for her aggressive words about press in KU posted on her personal Facebook page. Also, the participants required a clear transparency in the budget and account of each division in KUSU.

Although there were some controversies even before the opening of the conference, the event continued until 11:06 P.M., with the third agenda being denounced due to the lack of quorum.
