마케팅 :  Performance marketing과 customer acquisition cost(CAC), lifetime value of customer(LTV)지식을 활용한 전자상거래 확장
리서치 :  높은 수준의 서비스를 제공 할 수있는 클리너 선별
고객 지원 : 고객과 클리너에게 걸려오는 인바운드 및 아웃바운드 전화를 처리하며, 주문접수 진행, 피드백 확인, 고객 문의사항 등 처리

Miso is a young startup headquartered in the heart of Seoul. We’re an online platform that connects households with great, high quality home cleaning professionals. We are one of the few startups based in Korea with U.S. based investors. You will be working in a team who helped build Yogiyo to become one of the top online food delivery platforms in Korea and is now ready to do the same with the home cleaning market.

As an intern at Miso, you will be able to get an inside look and gain hands on experience in three of the most crucial areas of the business:

Marketing. Learn about performance marketing and utilize knowledge gained to help scale an ecommerce business with key metrics such as customer acquisition cost (CAC) and lifetime value of customers (LTV).
Research. Source and screen cleaners who will deliver a high level of service.
Customer Care. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls from both clients and cleaners. Answer service related questions and concerns regarding booking appointments, customer feedback, etc.

You may receive training in one area or all three. From there, we will match you to the role which best suits you. It is possible you may handle multiple roles if that interests you better.

We are looking for someone who is:

Obsessed with providing top notch service to the customer. At Miso, we treat both the households who need cleaning as well as the cleaners themselves to be customers.
Someone with relentlessly high standards. You are constantly raising the bar for yourself and others to deliver the best results possible.
Ability to learn quickly, highly organized, able to multitask and work independently in a fast paced and changing environment.
Comfortable with Excel.
Excellent phone etiquette with effective verbal and written skills.
