Toastmasters International is an international non-profitorganization which is established to improve club members’ presentation skills.It was founded in 1924 at USA, and now it has approximately 11,300 clubsover 90 countries around the world.Its headquarter is currently located in CA,USA.

KUTM is one of 20 toastmasters clubs in Seoul and is actively participating in variousinter-club events and meetings. Once you join our club, you will have instantaccess to all other clubs too, not just in Korea but all around the world. Comeand make the best out of all the opportunities that are provided to you as amember of toastmasters! We don't care about your sex, age, major and nationality! We already have members who are foreigners and various ages!

We, KUTM have regular session on every Thursday 19:30. Feel free to dropby this evening and participate in our session as a guest. We promise you thatyou will be back for more! 동아리 하기에는 눈치도 보이고, 시간도 부족하시다고요?

그래도 끈끈한 동아리 분위기를 느끼고 싶으시다고요?

그래도 아주 가끔은 취하지 않을 정도만 마시고 싶으시다고요?

스터디는 재미 없으시다고요?

근데 또 스피킹 연습은 필요하시다고요?

안녕하세요, 바로 그런 분들을 위해서 존재하는 Korea University toastmasters 입니다^^

toastmasters는 세계적인 스피치 클럽으로 이미 전세계에 퍼져있고 서울에만 20개의 클럽이 있습니다. toastmasters에서는 영어뿐만 아니라 발표력이나 리더십 등을 향상시킬 수 있어 영미권에서도 많은 클럽들이 활동 중에 있습니다.

각 클럽마다 특징이 있는데요, 특히 저희 KUTM은 끈끈한 분위기와 더불어 보통 동아리에서는 절대! 만나보기 힘든 다양한 연령층이 활동하고 있어 학생들과 사회를 연결하는 다리 역할을 하고 있습니다 =) 그리고 Yonsei toastmaters club과의 연계 행사도 기획하고 있습니다.

매주 목요일마다 세션이 있으며 이번주 (3/29)는 19:30 부터 과도관 스터디룸 305호에서 미팅을 할 예정입니다. Seoul Area10 speech contest's winner kevin의 특별 스피치가 있을 예정이니 시간 있으시면 가볍게 한 번 들러주세요^^
