looking for the English native speaker who can correct my report!

(It's not a translation but correction.)

The content is about international studies, so it would be perfect for a person who is majored in IR.(not required)

I would prefer English native speaker, however, semi-native speaker(bilingual) that has perfect writing skill in English might be fine.   

It's about 10 pages and 7000 kwr per sheet.

I will give you the report on this wednesday and need to get back until thursday noon.

I'm sure it will not that hard for English speakers to do it in 1~3 hours.
