We are conducting a joint study of Asian women leadership by Ewha Womans¡¯ University in Korea & Ochanomizu University in Japan.
The objective of this study is to understand what is needed for the future Asian women leaders in a global context. We hope to use the findings of this study to produce significant Asian women leadership model for education and training purposes.
